Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR function and drive operational excellence across invoices, collections, and cash flow management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience managing custom billing plans and payment arrangements
• Strong background in collections with a customer service–focused approach
• Experience owning and delivering AR reporting and performance metrics
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and reporting tools
• Experience with Netsuite and system implementation is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to leverage technology to drive process improvement
