Estimator

As an Estimator, you'll play a critical role on the commercial and mechanical plumbing side of our business—helping shape profitable, competitive bids for plumbing. You'll evaluate opportunities, develop accurate and compelling plumbing estimates, and translate technical scope into clear, customer-friendly quotations.

Requirements

• Collaborate with Outside Sales and internal stakeholders to evaluate bid opportunities, plumbing scope, and project feasibility.
• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for commercial and mechanical plumbing projects.
• Perform thorough plan, specification, and plumbing takeoff reviews to identify risks, efficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
• Clearly communicate plumbing estimates and assumptions to customers, answering technical questions and building trust
• Maintain organized estimating documentation, historical pricing data, and bid records to support fast, reliable quoting
• Partner with operations and project teams to review post-award performance and improve future plumbing estimates
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating tools, templates, metrics, and best practices
