Estimator | HVAC or Plumbing

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC or Plumbing Estimator to join our team, responsible for accurately estimating the cost and scope of HVAC and/or plumbing projects for commercial and industrial clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields is preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC or Plumbing Estimator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, materials, installation techniques, plumbing systems, and materials.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation related to HVAC and/or plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC and/or plumbing estimation software and tools.
• Experience with estimating HVAC and/or plumbing projects is required.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to accurately calculate costs and quantities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to HVAC and/or plumbing systems.
