Job Description
The HVAC/R Project Development Coordinator will prepare complete mechanical services estimates for assigned projects. This role involves reviewing proposals, coordinating estimation efforts, and potentially estimating extra work or purchasing materials. The position requires a thorough understanding of plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems.
Requirements
- 4-year engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of CAD
- Revit experience preferred (not required)
- 2 years estimating, cost control, or engineering experience (similar facility construction)
- Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control
- Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, & HVAC/AC
- Willingness to learn new estimating techniques
- Willingness to receive paid time off and other benefits after 90 days
