Diesel Shop Mechanic

Our company is growing and we're looking for a Shop Mechanic to join our team at 711 Materials, Inc. Facilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in hydraulics and electrical jobs, and be capable of upward advancement as our company grows.

Requirements

• Prepare necessary records of work orders performed
• Diagnose and repair problems
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Strong background in welding and fabrication
• Strong knowledge of electronic diagnostics and hydraulics are required
• Computer skills - working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
• Minimum of five years in a mechanical environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects utilizing organizational skills and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility regarding timely and accurate completion of work, and a strong commitment to corporate goals
• Capable of functioning in a fast-paced and demanding working environment
