Job Description
Join Pandora Boutique as a Manager in Waiting and develop your leadership skills in a full-time, salaried exempt position with commission opportunities and a full benefits package. Assist the store manager in all aspects of store operations and motivate sales associates to achieve success.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, preferably within luxury, specialty, or jewelry retail.
- Passion for the Pandora and REEDS brand
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a team.
- Proficient in POS systems, clienteling tools, Microsoft Office, and digital commerce platforms.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods as required
