Under the supervision of the IT Analyst, the IT Clerk will collaborate with external partners and support users, manage computer equipment, contribute to projects, and resolve problems.
Requirements
- Professional studies diploma (DEP) in computer science or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support
- Valid driver's license
- Proven skill with Windows 7, 8, 10, and mobile 6.1
- Intermediate mastery of Excel
- Knowledge of Windows Server and MS Active Directory
- Ability to deploy and support office applications, including the Office suite
- Familiarity with Apple and Android mobile devices
- Familiarity with Fidelio (asset)
- Knowledge of Office Companion (CIS) (asset)
