Job Description
The Architectural Project Manager will oversee all phases of an architectural project, from programming to completion of construction, including supervising architects, consultants, and personnel. This role involves reviewing work, providing support and training, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The position will also manage project finances and client communication.
Requirements
- Experience in Healthcare or Corporate Commercial is desired
- Professional, accredited degree in Architecture
- Registration is desired, or in process
- 8-10 years of experience in project management
- May require occasional out-of-town travel
