Project Manager - Architecture

WATG is hiring a Project Manager in Architecture for our office in Tustin, Orange County, California. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the internal and external project team, focusing on three primary goals: 1. Maximizing the design value of the project; 2. Achieving technical excellence; and 3. Achieving the expected financial results.

Requirements

• Professional degree from an accredited institution
• Professional license preferred
• Environmental accreditation desired when applicable
• Minimum of 10 years of related project management experience
• Proficient technical skills, including Revit, AutoCAD and 3D modeling software like Rhino, Grasshopper, and SketchUp
• Experience with the full project lifecycle through post-occupancy as appropriate
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
• Consistent track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills (internal and external)
• Proactive problem-solving skills
