Job Description
The Exercise Therapist Clinician performs patient assessments, develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates exercise programs for patients in a Cardiac Rehabilitation setting. This includes Swing Bed Care, assisting with activities of daily living, providing counseling, and supervising staff. Role involves working under direct supervision of a Physical Therapist. This role requires a passion for patient well-being and a commitment to the Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Bachelor Degree program in Physiology, Kinesiology, Nursing, Physical Therapy / Assistant program or related field
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- One-year experience as cardiac rehab specialist, preferred
- One-year experience as a Rehab Tech, preferred
