• High School Diploma preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance
• Criminal history check
• Agreement to background checks
• Patient/Family psychosocial needs and physical ability to work flexible schedule
• Must not be a legal parent, foster parent, or spouse of a parent of a minor
