Job Description
The Ultrasound Tech will perform sonographic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist and Director of Radiology. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate patient care. Candidates should have a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology and effective communication skills.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Completion of an approved program for medical Ultrasound Technology
- Knowledge of ultrasound technology and equipment
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Registered or registry eligible with ARRT or ARDMS registration preferred
- Experience as a Radiologic Technologist and/or Sonographer preferred
