Job Description
The Builder - Data Scientist is responsible for leading high-impact initiatives end-to-end across the business, including account and lead scoring models, forecasting, churn prediction, and product analytics. The role requires experience with data science, experimentation, causal inference, and predictive modeling, as well as expertise with modern data stack tools and visualization tools.
Requirements
- 4+ years of data science experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or AI-native platforms
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Expertise with Python / R and SQL
- Proficiency in experimentation, causal inference, and predictive modeling
- Experience with modern data stack tools (Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, Census, or equivalents) and visualization tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
