Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a system PMM in the Reface team, who can scale authentic products through data, A/B testing, and funnel optimization. We need a strategist who thinks in categories problem → solution → outcome and is willing to take full responsibility for the result of each iteration.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in positions such as Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager.
• Analytical approach and data-driven thinking: ability to work with data to make informed decisions and build strategies.
• Deep understanding of audience psychology and ability to find the right angles of sale.
• Experience in scaling through systems: building processes that will give a systematic result.
• Ability to research the market, current trends, and competitors.
• English Upper-Intermediate and above.
