Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Hardscape Foreman with strong paver installation experience to lead crews on high-end residential projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands quality, pacing, and accountability on a jobsite.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on hardscape experience with significant paver installation required
- Prior foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
- Strong understanding of base prep, drainage, elevations, and layout
- Ability to read plans and follow specifications
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round
- Valid driver’s license
- E-Verify compliant
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
