Field Technologist

Refined Technologies, a leader in the chemical cleaning segment of the refining industry, is seeking a skilled Field Technologist to support its expansion and execution excellence. This technical advisor role involves business development, program transitions, training, KPI analysis, and customer engagement across the field. The Field Technologist will be a key player in delivering exceptional results that meet both internal standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of field experience in specialty chemicals, industrial services, petrochemical or refinery operations.
• Strong understanding of chemical application, plant processes, and technical troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience training or mentoring technical field staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Valid US work authorization.
