Refined Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Operations Project Manager to lead the operations team in Germany, supporting process unit shutdown, cleaning strategies, and client needs. Requirements
- 5+ years of refinery, upgrader, gas plants, or chemical plant operations experience
- 2+ years of independently planning projects
- 2+ years of diagnosing and solving complex operational problems
- Demonstrated ability to quickly master software tools
- Safe work practices and clear communication
- Understanding of complex process units and piping circuits
- Ability to demonstrate servant's heart and lead with empathy
