Job Description
Refined Technologies is seeking a Regional Business Director to drive the growth of their Rizon, a specialty chemicals provider for the refining industry. This role will focus on developing a new regional strategy, acquiring customers, managing field operations, and leading a high-performance team. Rizon is a fast-paced, dynamic organization built on technical service and operational excellence within refineries.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in additives, industrial services, or process industries.
- 3+ years of regional or business unit leadership with people leadership and P&L responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong operations background with experience working inside refineries or petrochemical plants.
- Demonstrated ability to grow a business, lead teams, and manage technical operational excellence.
