Thermal Engineer

As a Thermal Engineer at Reflect Orbital, you will drive the detailed thermal design of our spacecraft at the component and integrated level, develop thermal management strategies, and fly reliable systems.

Requirements

• Develop robust thermal design for avionics and other electro-mechanical subsystems
• Build and operate our thermal modelling toolchain to provide reliable results that guide key design trades down to the component level
• Develop and use testing systems that can validate in-space component and thermal control system performance
• Guide material selection for components across the spacecraft
• Collaborate with other system designers to manage overall spacecraft thermal performance
