Associate General Counsel, Product & Regulatory

We're seeking an Associate General Counsel, Product & Regulatory to build and scale the legal and compliance frameworks underpinning our open-weights AI model development and releases.

Requirements

• J.D. or equivalent legal degree
• Active bar membership
• Eligibility to be admitted where needed
• 8–12+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or technology company or regulatory agency
• Proven experience advising on regulated technology, privacy, cybersecurity, or similar complex compliance regimes
• Strong understanding of global privacy regimes (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, UK GDPR and others) and cross-border data transfer rules
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering and research teams, translate complex technical concepts into practical legal guidance, and build scalable frameworks
