Job Description
Reflex is seeking a Business Developer to identify, develop, and close new Enterprise-level business opportunities. The role involves building and maintaining a new business pipeline, engaging with C-level decision-makers, and driving opportunities from first contact to signed contract.
Requirements
- Minimum Matric/Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, IT, or similar
- Formal sales methodology training (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.) is beneficial
- 3+ years experience in Enterprise B2B ICT sales, preferably within an MSP or systems integrator
- Proven track record of closing net-new Enterprise deals
- Experience selling complex, multi-service ICT solutions
- Strong commercial and contract negotiation experience
