The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director plays a critical role in enabling the effective leadership and operational rhythm of Reflex, providing high-level, confidential support to the MD, ensuring priorities are managed seamlessly and time is protected for strategic focus.
Requirements
- Matric certificate, with a relevant secretarial or office administration qualification
- Minimum of five years' experience providing high-level executive or personal assistance within a professional business environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion, integrity, and sound judgement
- Proactive, highly organised, and able to work effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities
- Tactful, diplomatic, and professional in the handling of sensitive matters and stakeholder interactions
- Self-motivated and confident, with a service-oriented and professional demeanour
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
- Exposure to or understanding an ICT / telecommunications environment is advantageous
