Technology Product Manager - Operations

We're looking for an experienced Technology Product Manager to own both the technology roadmap and the day-to-day execution of one or more operational functions across Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Customer Support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a software engineering or technical background
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions, automation tools, or building with modern AI platforms
• Software engineering background or strong technical fluency—ability to read code, prototype solutions, and engage deeply with engineering teams
• Experience working with and influencing multiple cross-functional teams without direct authority
