Construction Materials Procurement Manager

Reframe Systems is seeking a Construction & Building Materials Procurement Manager to help drive down embodied carbon in housing production. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and procuring construction materials, solid knowledge of structural systems, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in construction materials procurement
• Strong knowledge of building materials, including structural components, MEP systems, insulation, air/vapor barriers, and finish materials
• Proficiency in takeoff software and construction management platforms
• Experience with sustainable building materials and high-performance building systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
