Job Description
Reframe Systems is seeking a Hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on their factory floor. The role involves managing a crew, ensuring efficient and safe production, adhering to quality and safety standards, and fostering a strong team culture. The company focuses on building affordable, low-carbon, and high-performance homes through innovative microfactories and technology.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of construction or manufacturing experience
- At least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry and general construction methods
- Hands-on leader
- Excellent communicator
- Practical understanding of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
- Comfortable using tablets and production apps
