Senior Architect

Reframe Systems is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural projects and strengthen its internal Project Delivery infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a hands-on leadership role, project management experience, and a passion for finding new ways of doing things.

Requirements

• Manage architectural projects from concept design through factory production and final site integration
• Develop project schedules, track and manage deliverables
• Understand client requirements and manage client touch points throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with the Field Operations Project Managers to track milestones
• Collaborate with our pre-construction team to ensure accuracy in project scope and estimate
• Serve as a primary point of contact for third party engineers
• Review consultant drawings for alignment with Reframe’s building system and ensure coordination across project documentation
• Prepare and/or review project deliverables for modular and jurisdictional permit submissions
• Ensure projects are in compliance with all applicable state and local building codes
• Build knowledge of code requirements across relevant construction types and jurisdictions as Reframe grows
• Collaborate with the DFMA team to ensure project designs and specifications are aligned with the Reframe Building System
• Conduct factory and site inspections as needed, including First Article reviews and punch lists
• Provide and/or manage Construction Administration during downstream project phases
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal project stakeholders
• Resolve project-based questions, RFIs, and technical constraints in real time
• Coordinate our modular Building System and standardized assemblies with project-specific requirements
• Continuously improve processes
• Coach and mentor younger team members
