Production Manager

Refresco is a leading global independent beverage solutions provider seeking a Production Manager to lead and integrate the efforts of the site Production teams. The Production Manager will champion a safety culture, lead improvement efforts, and develop and communicate business results daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in an Engineering-related field (or equivalent experience) plus five (5) years experience in production and/or engineering environment required.
• Strong leadership capabilities in a fast-paced production environment required.
• Previous experience in the food/beverage manufacturing industry preferred. Functional experience in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, etc. preferred.
