Job Description
Refurbed is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead Customer Success and Delivery & Returns teams, ensuring technical excellence and delivering reliable solutions. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience managing senior backend and frontend engineers, with a solid understanding of backend systems and distributed architectures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing senior backend and frontend engineers
- Solid understanding of backend systems and distributed architectures
- Strong collaboration skills with senior and staff-level engineers and architects
- Excellent English skills and based in a European time zone
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
