Job Description
Under minimal supervision, this individual performs the duties of setting up and operating numerically controlled and conventional machine tools within the machining area, producing a variety of diversified finished parts.
Requirements
- Safely Set-up and Operation of CNC equipment with supervision tied to quality, cost and delivery
- Inspection of parts to meet print and product specifications
- Record production results on paperwork and Ultriva electronic system
- Oversee proper daily maintenance and 6S of all assigned equipment and gaging
- Report any product or equipment concerns to appropriate person
- Maintain proper relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and Team Leads
- Perform in-process inspections as required
- Perform other duties and assist in other areas as needed
