Job Description
Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Account Manager Poland is dedicated to specific Customer accounts and is responsible for directing and executing Sales plans to achieve Customer satisfaction and sales target. The Account Manager will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to exceed client needs.
Requirements
- 5 years of sales experience in a solutions-selling environment in B2B industry dealing with OEM, End-Users and Distributors
- Industrial manufacturing or powertrain industry experience preferred and BA/BS Industrial Technologies/Mech. Eng./Industrial Distribution or related field
- Technical competence in the knowledge and application of all Regal Rexnord products in served markets
- Understanding and working knowledge of CRM and BI Tools
- Passion to drive Continuous Improvement through 80/20 principles
- Valid drivers license
- Language: Polish, English
