Job Description
Join Regal Rexnord's Summer 2026 Student Co-op Program and gain hands-on experience while working on meaningful projects that impact our business and our people.
Requirements
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
- Ability to adjust to varying priorities and project lists.
- Preferred experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Pro-E, Solid Edge).
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation skills, with all levels of employees, management, and vendors.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
