Job Description
Regal Rexnord Corporation is seeking an experienced project management professional with a mechanical engineering background to lead NPD/VAVE/PLS projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Mechanical or similar discipline)
- PMP Certification with Project Management Institute (PMI), preferred
- 8+ years' experience in leading NPD/VAVE/PLS projects for industrial products
- Experience in leading projects independently and working closely with various stakeholders
- Ability to apply financial and business acumen to daily decisions
- Effective communicator within all levels of the organization
- Experience with schedule tool MS Project and other project management tools
