Job Description
The FP&A Analyst II role is a critical member of the Industrial and Powertrain Solutions FP&A team, responsible for financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will provide business insight and decision support, communicate effectively, and develop relationships within the finance organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 4-5 years FP&A experience
- High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Hyperion, BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
- Ability to perform in a dynamic cross-functional team environment
- Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities
