HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will support and assist with deploying, implementing, and driving key HR initiatives and activities in accordance with RRX policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have proven experience and qualifications in the following: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field; 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience; and prior experience in a US based multi-national industrial manufacturing environment with operating locations in US and Mexico.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
• Prior experience in a US based multi-national industrial manufacturing environment with operating locations in US and Mexico
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise of core Human Resources functions, local and federal employment laws, and a level of business acumen that complements the HR knowledge, skills, and capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills promoting teamwork and collaboration and ability to develop high quality working relationships to influence, gain support, and achieve results
• Skilled with investigating and documenting allegations of unethical or violations of integrity, and other internal associate complaints
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and comfort level presenting to management
• Bilingual proficiency English is required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications is required
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday (HRIS), Oracle (ERP), TRESS (payroll) or similar platforms is strongly desired
