HR Generalist

The Linear Motion Division of Regal Rexnord is seeking an HR Generalist to join their Cleveland, OH team. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, HR expertise, and employee-relations skills to support employees and leaders. This role provides a wide range of HR guidance and hands-on support, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years' broad, hands-on human resources experience in a manufacturing environment
• Recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related degree is required
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients and work effectively with different cultures
