HR Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Marathon Special Products business unit in Bowling Green, Ohio. This role involves offering HR support, coordinating engagement events, and assisting with recruiting and onboarding activities. It is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about being involved with all functions within the business and motivated by developing their skill within the HR function.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Experience working within a growing company, and/or a business unit that is part of a global parent company
• Technically savvy, experience with Microsoft Office products, HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, Kronos, etc)
