The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end HR operational activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution of core HR processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8 - 10 years of experience in payroll, compliance & HRIS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with tools like SAP, Workday etc.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
