Machinist Operator

The Machinist is responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision metal parts, including CNC lathe and milling machine operation, reading mechanical drawings, and performing quality checks.

Requirements

• Obey company regulation and strictly follow working instruction in safe operation
• Operate CNC lathe and CNC milling machine correctly, complete production task
• Read mechanical drawings and related process technical documents, understand shape and position tolerance
• Correct and skilled use of micrometer, caliper, CMM, Gauge and other measuring tools
• Tool compensation operation can be carried out independently according to product test size
• Check/measure/monitor quality level during operation
• Skilled ability for equipment's maintenance, 6S
• Independently change and debug the machine tool
• Adheres to all safety rules and report questionable conditions to department supervisor
