The Manager II, Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics strategy and SC operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity.

- Improving Logistics Service Levels managing Quality of service and Reduction in Lead time to meet the expectations of Internal and External Stakeholders and Business demand.
- Coordinate with EHS/IT/Finance/Legal/HR and other functions as required to ensure compliance with internal and external rules and regulations related to supply chain operations and processes.
- Identify risks and take preventive/corrective action including communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Clearly understand the Procure to Pay process flow and set up requirements to support manufacture of complex, highly engineered products; Continually Improve Purchasing systems and processes to deliver greater efficiency.
- Perform Spend Analysis, Commodity Analysis, Vendor Capacity Analysis, Supply Risk management collaborating with Internal and External Stakeholders to review overall SC strategy appropriately.
- Develop strategies to make sure that cost savings and supplier performance targets are met - or exceeded.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand, forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power and act on with best Strategies.
- Assess, manage, and mitigate Supply risks.
- Managing Supplier & Service Provider Agreements and Contracts: Draft contract, negotiate with internal, external functional leaders, legal teams, and approving authorities to sign off contracts and renew contracts on time.
- Focus on inventory levels in line with fiscal year budget. Ensure to achieve balance between Demand and Supply keeping inventory targets in focus.
- Support management team with all required data analysis and prepare reports for management presentations, in clear and concise communication methods.
- Managing the Supply Base performance with periodic performance Evaluation, Supplier audits, coordinating with Quality department & Suppliers.
- Comply with Rexnord Purchasing Ethics and Code of Conduct.
