Manager, Site Controller

This dynamic, strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing financial management and operational controls at the Union Grove site. The position leads financial reporting, cost management, and variance analysis, and provides leadership with actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial/accounting functions—industrial manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), and OneStream strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with expert-level Excel skills.
• Excellent ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex financial information.
• Strong professional skepticism with the ability to validate data accuracy and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Ability to influence across functions and multiple locations.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Results-driven with the ability to meet business-critical deadlines.
