Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer II is responsible for driving cost reduction activities through process improvements and ensuring compliance to AS9100 and NADCAP requirements. This role significantly impacts the company's performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
Requirements
- BS in Engineering or related technical field
- 2-5 years of engineering experience working in a manufacturing plant environment
- Experience with grinding, turning, and milling machinery preferred
- Strong understanding of key manufacturing principles
- Ability to extract critical data and analyze data to make informed business decisions
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus
