Job Description
Motor Assembler II will assemble motors, perform tests, and assist in process improvement efforts. The position requires a good working knowledge of past and present product lines and the ability to perform with little or no assistance. The Motor Assembler II will also be responsible for diagnosing malfunctions and taking proper corrective action.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of arithmetic and simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules, wiring diagrams, and adjustable measuring instruments
- Use of judgment to plan, perform, and make decisions
- Continuous mental and visual attention
- Self-motivation and self-direction
