Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented OD Grinder Machinist with at least 5 years of experience to join our 1st shift team. This role focuses on operating cylindrical grinders to finish gear shafts and other round components to exacting specifications.
Requirements
- Set up and operate OD cylindrical grinders, Manual, and CNC to finish gear-related components
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and gear specifications (AGMA standards preferred)
- Troubleshoot grinding issues and collaborate with quality and engineering teams
