Job Description
The Micro Motion Division of the Automation and Motion Control Segment is seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to lead the West Chester manufacturing location. The leader will drive plant performance, operational transformation, and achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years' working in manufacturing
- 5+ years' experience leading manufacturing teams of more than 100 people with tangible results
- Strong knowledge and practitioner of Lean, experience leading change
- Good communicator, exhibits energy, strong ownership, and sense of urgency
- Proven successful applications of multiple CI tools
- Critical thinking skills, analytical skills
- Business & Financial Acumen with solid Financial and Operational management experience
