Precision Grinder I, 2nd shift

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Precision Grinder I to join their Aerospace and Defense business. The successful candidate will set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders to perform grinding operations. The role offers competitive pay, benefits, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Requirements

• Set up, adjust, and operate CNC or manual grinders to perform a series of grinding operations
• Follow quality and safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition
• Work from blueprints, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specifications
• Enter data into ERP system
• Inspect own work for correct dimensions and ensure that company quality and quantity standards are maintained
• Compute data such as dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times
