Job Description
The Sales Engineer will drive rapid growth by achieving aggressive sales targets throughout the Texas region. This role involves identifying, securing, and growing new customers within the territory, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products, developing new products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
- A working understanding of industry standards and regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics
- Ability to prospect, qualify, and close new customers
- Willingness to travel as required
