Job Description
The Sr. Finance Director will provide Finance leadership for the Conveyance Solutions Division of Regal Rexnord, analyzing financial results, overseeing budgeting and financial planning, and serving as a key business partner to the President.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of relevant and progressive accounting/finance experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-site responsibility preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly establish a personal brand within the organization
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience with Oracle ERP system, SAP, Hyperion, and OneStream is a plus
- Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
