Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Review and update job descriptions & job Score cards to ensure they accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
• Post job openings on various job boards, Internal Systems, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure accurate ATS documentation, monitor recruitment metrics and dashboards, and continuously align hiring practices with industry trends and best standards in talent acquisition
