Job Description
Thomson Power Systems is seeking a Technical Quoting Specialist to join their team in Langley, BC. The successful candidate will prepare and manage technical quotes, ensure accurate cost estimations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Prepare accurate and timely technical quotes based on customer RFQ
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
- Maintain a database of quotations within Salesforce
- Manage multiple customer accounts and quotation requests simultaneously
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Project coordination, order processing, and order management utilizing ERP systems
