Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a hourly employee responsible for the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees. The role involves training, developing, and coaching non-management employees, performing all staff positions, and operating projection and audio-visual equipment. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, counting and depositing receipts, and administering all theatre policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program
- Ability to work with PC platforms and basic office programs
- Good public speaking skills and ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form
